Japan has a sort of love-hate relationship with LGBT things. Also, Nepal is one of the few countries to issue official identification with a "third gender" option for gender markers.

Modern western LGBT doesn't mean all non-heterosexuality or non-cissexuality.

No, no country in Asia supports same sex marriage. Nepal does not, in any form, recognizes any sort of same sex marriage.

I misspoke. I sometimes get confused at times with American and non-American legal terminology. But Israel does recognize same sex marriage, it just doesn't perform/support same sex marriage

They preform Unregistered cohabitation and supports transgenders more than LGB, yet LGB discrimination is banned to some degree in Israel.

I have no idea, I think they recognize SSM as legal from other countries, just not in their own?

I'd say just as hard as it is to acquire Francium. It's also an Alkali metal, so keep that shit away from Water.
