Confession was never cathartic for me. Half the things I'm supposed to 'confess' I don't even think are wrong. The only thing I regret is not being louder about who I am. At least then I'd be experiencing pain in the name of something, not just for being a fucking coward.

Then don't. Those who are a law unto themselves will be judged according to said law, and not a bit more or less as long as you keep the ten commandments and Jesus' words in your heart and obey them.

I would still call for you to go to confession for anything you think is sinful, for your sake.

Yeah, you're right, my mistake. He posted a while about how his homosexual attractions were interfering with his entrance into seminary (because he is open about his attractions), though, I think he is getting a raw deal, personally.
