That would make communists and anarchists conservative.
Conservatives, as a general rule, are in favor of some sort of belief system playing a major role in society. This is usually religion, but it doesn't have to be, as long as it's in place in a society.
Most conservatives support some sort of hierarchy being in place. Not necessarily a formal hierarchy, but definitely an awareness of and respect for authority, at the very least.
Conservatives also favor either gradual change or no change at all. That's why they're called that. At the bare minimum, conservatives are going to want significant evidence that something doesn't work before being willing to change it. They can range from this all the way to the belief that it's better to live with today's problems than risk the problems of the future.
