I will now add this posting to the list. Penguins are VERY cute! Their squawking is not worse than the 'singing' of noisebirds, they fly through water, the fish, c'mon, they had it coming, and they live in many parts of the southern hemisphere including the Galapagos islands.

You must then not know the urban pest and animal in need of massive eradication, the pigeon. Ugly blighters. Hate 'em; hate 'em to bloody pieces. They're worthless, diseased flying rats who use my balcony to mate at 5am. Why wouldn't I get a nice little song bird to land on my balcony? Why does it have to be the damn pigeon? If you ever wanted to hear a bird that sounds like a power tool, this is the animal. Absolutely nothing melodic about it. The damn things, on top of that, are just plain audacious. Nothing scares a Toronto pigeon. They're impervious to all traditional methods of anti-pigeon force fields that people use. The only thing that works is a net around the balcony... yeah, like I have the money for that...

Then there's the people who feed the bloody things. We wouldn't have a problem if some people didn't subsist on being morons who feed the pigeons. Forget charging 5-cents for each plastic bag, fine people for feeding the pigeons. That ought to line the city's pockets more than any parking ticket or plastic bag surtax would. Take away the pigeons diet and they die off like they ought to. No more damn diseased feathered rats mating on my balcony at 5am. It is the singularly most disturbing noise in the world.

If you didn't realise... yes, I hate pigeons. It's the one thing that truly pisses me off.
