If the evidence supports government intervention, then use government intervention in said issue. If it doesn't, then it is likely a self-correcting aberration.

Certain guesses about the truth are socially constructed, and our perception of the truth is subjective, and we are limited in our ability to know truth, but it is objective. Were reality entirely socially constructed, not only would science not work, people living in one part of the world should get different experimental results when running an identical experiment to people living on a different part of the planet.

No, it doesn't. You use a jug to store the bag in. It'll hold it up right, and to open, you use scissors and remove the corner opposite the handle - though I remove the other end as well because it makes for better flow when pouring and drinking straight from the bag.
