That's probably closer to being a libertine than a libertarian.

Maybe dragons took their jobs. Maybe unicorns only hid their jobs because unicorns are dicks. Maybe 'jobs' is only an illusion created by a drug addled infant pachyderm. Fuck dude, if we're in 'maybe' land, don't hold back.

You're not a libertarian, you're a neoconservative who doesn't want to be honest. Nothing you support is libertarian.
No libertarian supports Rand Paul. *glares at USSS's sig*

Well the title involves Christianity and Libertarianism. So we have to first establish what it means to be a Christian and a Libertarian before we can discuss how the two ideas fit together.
This involves definitions over what a libertarian is (which seems to have proved a contentious subject relatively recently). Of course, talking about how to interpret what's in the Bible is also its own thing.
It shouldn't surprise anyone that discussions on this forum frequently breakdown into debates over semantics. After all, we're dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds, upbringings, and other different contexts. Unless a thread specifically lays down some definitions(and even then that doesn't always work), there's going to be some disagreement over how we all choose to frame certain issues.

The only thing libertarian about him is his given name.
Which is actually a surname.
In honor of someone who hijacked the original libertarianism, liked to sleep in the beds of various men, was an Atheist and believed that religious people should be admitted to insane asylums.
The latter three are things which I imagine you'd have issues with.

Rand actually claimed that libertarians (modern US definition) hijacked Objectivism. Rand just stole half her philosophy from Aristotle and the other half from Nietzsche and proclaimed it a philosophy.

In capitalism, you pretty much have a 50/50 chance of being rich or poor. In communism, it's 1/99. What makes people think they have the luck/skill to become the 1% if they can't even succeed in a 50/50 society???

Quasi-hypocritical right-wing Libertarianism? The kind where people say "The government should be minimalistic as possible, but should still prohibit gays from marrying and should have an ultra-massive military budget."
