Well, I admire his taste in music. "Rockin' in the Free World" is a great song.

But yeah, I don't think he'll field many votes in the primaries.

Donald Trump was born in 1946. His taste in music was probably formed in the 1960s. That song was more than likely picked by his staff, some of whom are undoubtedly 40 years younger than he is.

I'll accept that argument. I said that as more of trying to get the thread back on track from the nonsensical remarks made earlier, followed by my assumption that he won't field many votes, which I now disagree with. According to a Suffolk University poll, he actually stands a chance in the NH Primary.

Remember when Paul Ryan claimed to be a fan of Rage Against the Machine? Like, dude, can the machine rage against itself?

This is sad, New Hampshire Republicans. What do they see in Trump?

United Prefectures of Appia wrote:Trump is nothing more than an assclown. The debacle from the stunt he pulled in the last election cycle stuck with him ever since. His original intent was to make people bring up the birther issues and as a result, it would give him spotlight and raise the value of his name brand. However it got outta hand with the ridiculous circus over that nonsensical debate. And because of it, people no longer saw the name to symbolize rich and prosperity, but instead to mean jackass and a biggest joker in the world. His birther flame bit him in the sorry ass as his name became devalued.

He is in the correct party.

Which is exactly what it should symbolize. Along with taking credit for your father's achievements, having a severe distaste for the financially disadvantaged, and being good at bankrupting businesses.

I resent the claim that America isn't great now, relatively speaking. In the old day, guys like him would say to those professing such things "if you don't like it you can move to Russia." Funny how they forgot about that cherished advice.

It's flamebait to say many/most Republican politicians are big jokers/assclowns/nutcases/[insert appropriate label here]?

You are pushing it. Trump is in the correct party. He sounds like a Tea Party guy all the way.

I'd be okay with any Republican candidate as long as I don't have to lose my sanity for another 4 years under a Democratic president.

Implying an entire party and people like myself who are in it are big jokers/assclowns/nutcases is. And considering how that post wasn't anything substantive, consisting of like three words, really should speak volumes in of itself.

Exactly what has happened under Obama that has drove you crazy? Because although I'm not an Obama fan, I'd say his presidency has had some pretty good points.

Where was the gun control at? After Newtown no one got anything seriously done about gun control. If I missed something, fill me in.

Obama has not done anything to enforce gun control and the limitations on firearms. Every piece of legislation, like Washington's Initiative 594, was referendum and decided by the people.

And on immigration, do you just expect the U.S. to deport thousands of children back into war-torn countries because their not U.S. citizens? Yeah, that's not right. I'd be glad to have my taxpayer dollars to go to the care of an immigrant child with no parents before they are sent back to Honduras or Colombia, where they are more likely to die.

Your source is laughable, to say the least.
EDIT: Never mind, I had RCP confused with another independent media outlet that is ridiculously conservatively biased. Apologies.

But see my above post in regards to your Obama anti-gun control sentiments.

No, the source is accurate. Obama did make his strongest comments yet on gun control, though he offered no specifics.

Which is why I made my edit.

No, I did not imply anything, for the record. So, if you think that, you are wrong. Just to make that perfectly clear.

And why I made mine. You edited just as I hit "quote", and I didn't check to see if it had changed within those few seconds.
