Yeah, no the Pharisees probably had Hebrew as their mother tounge seeing as how the portion of the Talmud they penned was in Hebrew.

Historically the tongue died out of the mass language use sometime between 200-400 CE. Of-course whether or not individuals, or small groups of Jews spoke Hebrew after words especially after the fall of the Roman empire in the west is unknown.

So Pope Francis talked with Raul Castro (leader of Cuba) who said he might come back to the fold.

How do you feel about Carmelite Monks making a traditional monastery IN WYOMING.

IMO this is pretty cool, they're living off the land away from modernity.

Kingdom of Sicily he was taught Latin, probably by his uncle who was an Abbot of a Benedictine Monastery or to one of the colleges he was enrolled in.

Italian is as different from Latin as modern English from Anglo-Saxon (3 times the difference of Aramaic from Hebrew)

Hwaet we gardena in geardagum.

Plus, in Sicily, Greek and Arabic were more common than Italian.

Good, a more Catholic Cuba anytime. Former atheistic Marxist-Leninist countries are turning Christian, eh? The former Soviet Union has turned back to its Godly Orthodox ways, and China that Americans once called "The Red Dragon" is becoming more Christian everyday. Meanwhile, in Murica......

I've always admired monastic traditions even as a Protestant. We need more monks in Christendom today in the face of modernity.

Voodoo is a portmanteau of Roman Catholicism and West African Paganism.

Ephraim-Manasseh asserts that all Christianity is Paganism anyway so E-M will say it is all the same.

I think it is sinful since it is the practice of magic.

Now I am not one of those people who thinks Harry Potter is evil, because that is fiction. Magicians are just doing optical illusions.

So I see nothing wrong with it as long as you don't actually partake in magic.

My name is Efraim-Judah. Not Ephraim-Manasseh.

I do not assert ALL Christianity is pagan. I do assert that modern Christianity has adopted pagan theology and by getting rid of it, Christianity will get closer to the original church, rid itself of the vast majority of these phoney denominations, and start moving closer to what Paul and Yeshua and the Bible as a whole teaches.

How can they claim it is a sin, if The Torah "doesn't apply"?

Just because the Torah isn't binding, doesn't mean there isn't any sins.

No need to quote the Torah here, magic and witchcraft are banned even in the New Testament. See the story of Elymas, for example.

Seriously I am tired of you accusing Christianity of this without sourcing it at all.

It would be more like 1000 or more if you count the Apocrypha, and the New Testament.
