Yeah, no the Pharisees probably had Hebrew as their mother tounge seeing as how the portion of the Talmud they penned was in Hebrew.
Historically the tongue died out of the mass language use sometime between 200-400 CE. Of-course whether or not individuals, or small groups of Jews spoke Hebrew after words especially after the fall of the Roman empire in the west is unknown.
