You're 14, right? I know it sounds terribly dismissive to say you'll grow out of it, but you will. I've seen this behaviour dozens of times at work; as the years between the bullying years and your current state widen you'll start opening up. No need to obsess over it, just let it happen.
And report any future bullying, of course.
