My first model in 2007-09 was a 1998 Nokia, from my stepmother. In 2010-11 I used in rare instances my mom's old phone from a company that wasn't as useful for her (we pay for them through "credits" rather than bills, it's more convenient).
I hated it in both cases.
When I was left without internet for 15 days I tried using the internet through my mom's new model. What a horrible thing. How can people betray computers for these aberrations is out of my mind.

Phones are an incredible example of how quickly technology improves with the proper demand, they're nifty. I remember when polytone ringtones were this super futuristic change to monotones, then colour screens came along and it was all super exciting. Now people get pissy when a device that not fifteen years ago could only save fifty phone numbers doesn't load a webpage in a microsecond.

We were born in different generations. I expect my webpages to load in less than a microsecond because I never lived through an era of having to wait for them to load up within a minute. I've expectations for things to be as instantaneous as possible. It's only natural ;P Like the

The demand is incedible, for many years the iPhone carried apple. Which reminds me I have to pay the cellphone bill.
What's the point of a "smart-watch"?

Doesn't it still? Oh, that bring up another curious topic. "Wearable technology". I guess there may be a market for it but I doubt it's super big. A watch that does the same stuff a cellphone does but not as good as the cellphone. I guess that's an example of where technology kinda becomes useless.
EDIT: The better word would be pointless not uselessWhat's the point of a "smart-watch"?

They use IBM 360's and Sperry rand mainframes, multimillion dollar machines. I have a top of the line Samsung 600 dollars, multiple gigabit processors. 700 bucks.
Exactly ^-^ Which reminds me... with what could I blackmail my father into buying me the s6...hrmmm...I'm two digits behind..!
