Stupid Question

the active nations of my region and I have all agreed to make several more puppet nations to allow for the top 1% badge in our region. It then occurred to me that this might be against the rules. Anyone know whether or not this is the case? I would hate to have my region or nation deleted because of this, the puppets we intend to create will be put in vacation mode and will remain in my region. Thanks for any help.

You may only have one World Assembly (WA) nation on your puppets. If you have more then one WA nation you are breaking the rules. WA Multiing: http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic ... 260044#021
