Haven't had a good one since Spain tbqh. American bakeries just don't know how to do them right.
Exception are a few bakeries at Whole Foods. They sometimes get it right.

Okay well I just had a moment of "fuck what do I do"
so I'm writing this story, but... I have no idea what my end goal should be. With basically all of my other non-continual stories I have had an end goal, but I don't have one for this and it feels very wrong.
