So you essentially believe that a concept which has founded numerous religions, affected the lives of billions and greatly influenced the course of human history is, what, unimportant?
Oh no, it is. I'm just saying that it's on the same level as any other product of fundamental human flaws from a psychological perspective. If anything it's simply a fantastic example of those flaws. It's not important because it has any credibility. It's important because it's an interesting topic of exploration just like attribution errors, cognitive biases, etc.
