Shit. I'm more picky than she is when I'm looking for something serious.
my point is were all racist and sexist, even if we push poistive atributes or steresotypes. remember absolutely not racist an dsexist is absolute egalitarian and equal in views and treatment and thats not simpy true. we all have biases, subconsciously not subconsciencely

Well given that nobody is 100% pure, (race is a continuum, not separate levels), unlikely . I'm not going to care if a distant ancestor was an Arab (as is the case with many Spaniards) or a Turk (like with Greeks). I'd draw the line at 80%, and even then, separation is a very hard decision that involves a number of factors, and to assume that'd be the only one is just ignorant. And frankly, it's none of your business.
And what? No, I don't think anybody ever asks that. Do you not know how to socialize with people?

Yes you can. Usually when you are getting serious with someone, to the point where you will have kids, you will know a lot about them, such as their ancestry, as people love to talk about their heritage.

Also has to be willing to raise kids Catholic. I don't care if they're a different religion, as long as they meet the above criteria, are willing to have a Catholic wedding ceremony, and raise any children as Catholics.

Yes. I would be obligated to, in the eyes of God. Marriage isn't 'until I feel like it', it's until death do us part.Soldati senza confini wrote:The United Neptumousian Empire wrote:Being an atheist, being sexually / socially liberal, and most of all, being pro-choice. Might as well marry a Catholic woman then.
Most interfaith marriages deal with that by raising the child in both religions but letting the child decide which religion is right for them or support them if they choose another one.
I'm also okay with divorce, coming from a family who clearly needed one. For instance, say your spouse committed incest or cheated on you, would you then still remain with them?

There's nothing strong about failing to end an unhealthy relationship.

In my years of dating not once has it come the conversation of "what's your heritage?"
And even then all I could say is "fucked if I know".

Someone asked me that on the 2nd date once. The relationship didn't last long. (Obviously, this post is OOC, not my Ebola schtick. Ebola doesn't go on dates unless someone has a really fucked up fetish or something.)
