Barely two months? Hardly a loss.

My face feels bare without it. I didn't want to shave, but stupid school rules. I don't get how girls are allowed make up, which is largely chemically produced, yet I can't have a damned hair on my face. It's the Chief Executive's damn hair envy.

I'm sick of the bum fluff beard trend, myself. A properly grown and maintained beard is good, prevents stubble burn, but the poet chique crap has gone too far.

Because schools have an image to maintain, and teenage "beards" are unkempt looking, perhaps?

It's the bloody draconian law at my school. My choice, and it would be a decent beard by now.

How old are you? It takes years of religious shaving to get passed the overgrown stubble stage. Early to mid-twenties age requirement, at least.

I told them to remove and reattach my jaw before considering shaving it if they had to during my recent surgery.

According to the ancient Greek, there is no such thing as a fun afterlife. It's all doom and gloom for all eternity. And surely the ancient Greek wouldn't lie to us, now would they?

15. I'm highly skeptical of the possibility of growing one at that age. And I'm basing this on the 160ish boys I've taught over the last three years.

Yep. I actually use Head and Shoulders on it for shampoo, and a cocoa butter based conditioner. Stops it from frizzing out and going full beard-fro.

I'm going to cling to one of the few harmless spiritual beliefs that it's douchebaggery of the highest order to protest and continue believing in a nice afterlife, thank you.
