To be fair, the acting isn't bad and location-wise, the production went all out. Quite stunning. I think my issue is that I have gotten fed up with certain portrayals and my show watching has been affected.

Personally I just love the Machiavellian political bastardry and how many of the characters are not exactly unblemished or immune to surprise grisly deaths.

Oh, I'm not saying it's a bad thing. It's mutually beneficial. It's not quite the same as freelancing. Guest blogging is a means to direct traffic to your own blog, by writing for other blogs. I considered freelance writing once, but I couldn't bank on it as a primary source of income. Much like I couldn't when I used to do commission artwork, but it was a nice side-earner for a short while.

That implies he earns enough as a freelancer to immediately replace said fancy netbook after almost hurting someone with it.

True. They're more real that way, in that no one is really unblemished of character. We all have faults. G.R.R. Martin captures that and doesn't make his characters too heroic. They're heroes, but just like you and me. I don't know if I'm explaining myself properly.

At your age, you can dedicate more time to gaming than, say, someone who lives alone, has to work and take care of their own place. They make time, but it's more reduced than someone living at home and just attending school.

Perhaps, but recently at least, I've been quite busy. And I've already devoted myself to leaving the UK as soon as possible.
