It's an interesting idea. Particularly the rp part. I have to wonder, for example, what WW1 would look like if all the major countries were lead by autistics.

lets put the R.P. to the test KASSRD set it up and I will join

Like a RP group I mean.
And it'd be more than just this thread.
We'd have RP's for the group, etc.

I'd be up for that ;)

It would be fun, though i know one thing for sure. World leaders would barely meet up with one another.

Naushantiya is a font of bizarre and ridiculous opinions on things. Just ignore him.

Not sure why they quoted my response without specifying who they were addressing.

Kind of confused me there for a minute.

My diagnosis is probably outdated: I was professionally diagnosed with severe autism in 1999 and again in 2003, although nowadays, I can function pretty well, and so I'd probably diagnose myself as high-functioning autism. However, I think my dad has PDD-NOS, so I could've gotten the spectrum disorder from my father's side.

I plan on having my diagnosis of Aspergers re-looked at. I don't think I have it.

Depends on where you live exactly. Hell it seems like the only people outside the U.S (certain cliques in France) aren't arguing over whether or not it actually exists.

Yeah. I know I have autism, and I do get support, but the issue is that they haven't seemed to have updated the diagnosis.

Fuck that theory, so much. The fact that "extreme male brain" proponents aren't viewed as laughable at best is a sad summary of how much autistic voices actually matter in the psychological establishment. Just more pseudoscientific justifications for archaic gender roles and dehumanizing stereotypes about autistic people lacking empathy.

when it comes to empathy the reverse can often be true. I'm just surprised the theory isn't "extreme female brain" if we're going off the stereotype of women being more emotional and emphatic both are considered feminine traits traditionally and aspies display them both with a surprising frequency.
