Personally I don't have much against him politically. My only criticism would be that he seems to be a little bit... Well, no offense to him, but spineless. He doesn't really make a big impression on me when he speaks, he seems too nice and gentle, and not tough or efficient, things the US may need. I'm not saying he needs to be yelling and shouting all the time, but certainly it feels like he could be doing more to reign in congress. And maybe he can't, but at the very least I feel he could make more effort. Outside of that, there's nothing really to hate him for.
"Take Fascism and remove the racism, ultra-nationalism, oppression, murder, and replace these things with proper civil rights and freedoms and what do you get? Us, a much stronger and more free nation than most."
"Tell me, is it still a 'revolution' or 'liberation' when you are killing our men, women, and children in front of us for not allowing themselves to be 'saved' by you? Call Communism and Democracy whatever you want, but to our people they're both the same thing; Oppression."
"You say manifest destiny, I say act of war. You're free to disagree with me, but I tend to make my arguments with a gun."
Since everyone does one of these: Impeach Democracy, Legalize Monarchy, Incompetent leadership is theft.

Aside from his non-participatory record, being a senator in no way prepares you for being a President except for the experience with elections, and to a very small extent the experience dealing with the media.

Most of the reasons I have heard people cite to support their blind hatred of the president are simply false. People hate Obama because people like David and Charles Koch want you to hate Obama, and pay billions to make it so.

My only issue with him is my issue with politics in general. He does a lot of things to get campaign money and influence (illegal raid on Kim Dotcom). I also don't support how he handles (or doesn't handle) Israel.

I don't hate him, I think think the way he does things is stupid.
For example, your forced to have obama care. I think you should have the choice, and not be forced into government health care. http://thinkprogress.org/health/2013/09 ... #uninsured You have to pay a fine (or a tax) if you don't have health care and don't sign up with obama care. Which is against the bill of rights. Amendment VIII: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
I think government health care insurance is a good idea, but obama is doing it wrong. You should have the choice and not be forced into it if you don't have health care. You should be able to get health care from the insurance companies.

The air strikes against ISIS isn't good enough, we need to send aid to those fighting ISIS. Send them weapons, and send our troops to train them, to fight ISIS.

ISIS? They are blowing up bridges and hiding in forts as the drone strikes and army helicopters and bomb raids mop them up. I am willing to bet they will be a crater in the earth within a couple months.

I don't hate him, but I must admit I was pretty livid about the Bergdahl trade. What an awfully stupid move to release five convicted terrorist leaders for an obvious deserter and suspected traitor. Then his administration blocked the Army's attempt to charge Bergdahl with Desertion to cover his own ass.

Now I'm seeing news reports that those five terrorist leaders are out back in the fight, and they're acting like they are surprised. No shit they're going to go back to terror if you release them, what a joke.

EDIT: Also, how come there are talks now about arming the Ukrainian Army, but no talks about sending weapons to the Kurds, who really really need support? Seriously, he'd rather take the chance of angering Russia by supplying Ukraine, but not the chance of angering... Who? Turkey?— By arming the Kurds against ISIS? What's the logic there?

The Supreme Court disagrees.

Not to mention that we already are arming and training the Iraqi Army, who is actively fighting ISIS. We could do more though- such as Arm the Kurds, so they can pull off another Kobani.

I'm in high agreement with nearly all of Obama's decisions. He's nonpartisan and practical. He's governed as a centrist and his policies were for the most part sound. He's interventionist in the middle east just as every politician should be. The question is not whether or not to act, but how. Obama has made it clear that he wants to tackle this problem in a way that will unite the western world by forming broad coalitions and calling international summits to address the problem of terrorism.

His domestic policy fostered a strong national recovery and the United States is once again back on top.

There's only two legacy Obama will have to choose. He can be remembered as the president who brought great change and saved the country by helping it get back on its feet, or he could just simply be known as the first African-American to ever be elected to America's highest public office in the country.
