Fixed that for you.

I agree whole heartedly.
I have a friend going to a University in Kentucky and I hope they don't fuck with her.
If they do then I'm willing to make a 2,080 mile drive and beat the fuck out of whoever tries to sue her!

No one is going to be able to sue individual students. The bill's foolishness lies in people being able to sue the schools.

Even in Kentucky, it isn't going to pass.Master Shake wrote:Farnhamia wrote:No one is going to be able to sue individual students. The bill's foolishness lies in people being able to sue the schools.
Well,then...The tax payers/schools will definitely suffer. You will have stupid kids who are desperate for cash suing the schools because they saw a short haired girl who dresses tomboyishly in the girls room. Or my favorite an effeminate emo boy who dresses scene going into the Men's room.

Yes, but remember, the bill gives the ability to bring a suit against the school, it doesn't guarantee victory. It does put already precarious school budgets at risk. In some places in this country, "small government" seems to mean "bleed the school systems dry." I can't imagine that this many people had bad experiences in public school and then were elected to state legislatures. The mind boggles.
