A farmer in Devon has been forced to slaughter half his herd of Heck cows after they repeatedly tried to attack his farm workers.

I was raised on a farm. There's a reason you castrate bulls that aren't breeding stock other than just the taste of the meat. Cattle are larger and stronger than you are and horns can do major damage. Heck cattle were bred to look and act like an ancient species known as an Aurochs. Thus these cattle are aggressive by nature and not something you'd want to be around.
