What exactly would wipe out all but two humans that couldn't be seen as justification for letting the species go extinct?

Also, seeing as how the right to choose with whom you have sex, when you have sex, and have un-sabotaged birth control when you have sex, I'm not sure how any disagreement on this could lead to reproduction without violating some key rights.

Precisely. I'm not an animal, to be 'bred'. I don't have to 'breed' and will not do so. Also, by the by, a lot of humans are infertile due to development, physical anatomy, etc., so you'd have to be quite particular about who these last humans are. Not to mention that a lot of people don't want to or are incapable of supporting kids. To be honest, unless the remaining couple were exceptional in every way, even with the special device, the human race would end if this occurred. Let us hope this does not happen!

And then there's the factor of "you never know what would happen in the next few years" to contend with.

I think it also depends on what resources were available. Was it a matter of some freak accident somehow killing everyone but leaving most resources, including harvested ones, intact? Then they can easily "afford" kids and that pokes a hole in some of the usual reasons not to breed with the underage.

There is plenty of biological variation. And too small... the most sensitive part is the first 5 centimeters. Penetration alone isn't the more relevant deal for most people with vulvas anyway.
