That rises a concern of mine. I'll be on HRT as soon as the law changes (3 months or so I'm told), so I guess my worry is my medical history while moving to the states. No idea what'll hàppen.
Insurance companies don't care.

Yeah, you'll have to pay an outrageous amount unless you're insured. Health insurance is about the wackiest thing that anyone from places with a NHS or who grew up in the military (and thus had all healthcare covered for you via military facilities,or if one wasn't available, an off base facility) so definitely learn up about how insane it can be.
I'll soon be discussing new insurance and coverage for surgery with a representative from the clinic I go to, I'l have more info on what it means, in Massachusetts in particular, after that.

I hope I'll have enough money. My parents apparently have no intention of helping me pay for anything whatsoever, which is odd, because before I told them they said they would. Although I have to get there first, because I'll probably screw myself over on college, not be allowed in and lose hope completely. As I've said before, it's mostly bad luck I'm still alive half the time. The universe is a fucking ass, and there's nothing I can do about it. They said "yeah, sure you're smart enough to get into university". But they said I was smart enough ti get straight As and they ain't happening. So yeah, life kinda sucks, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Sometimes I wander why I bother hoping for anything.

Because you know there's still something hoping for? Finding new friends in college, get a degree and a good job later, meet your boyfriend and maybe travel around the US?

All prior evidence has shown success to be literally impossible. And I'm gonna be poor as fuck, maybe even homeless.

Really? How so? Maybe postpone going to the US until you have enough money, then. Homeless people in the US often aren't treated well by the authorities.

Because everything I've done in the past has gone wrong, despite people saying it'll work. And I'll never have money to go to the US, I'll have died by then.

Any idea why? If you firmly believe things will go wrong, they of course will, it's a bad self-fulfilling prophecy... What have you tried already?

I get told that I'm going to have a young death a lot. They say "Callie, keep stressing like this, and you'll give yourself a heart attack", even the doctor said that. And stress is only getting worse.

Have you tried any ways to destress, like meditation or yoga?

Once, or repeatedly for a longer time? Maybe you need some help to get into those things? There's gotta be something that lets you relax.

Maybe try to distract yourself with something else, find a hobby and people to talk to? Usually helps me relax. Or try to find a yoga class.

That's a large part of the issue. I don't have anybody to talk to. Part of the reason I wanna go to the US is because I have friends there. Well, I view them as friends...

Until you're sure and have enough money, I wouldn't recommend doing that. Obviously you aren't the only transgender in England, maybe you should try and find them on the internet and then later meet them offline?

How small is the town where you live? Can you find a small job maybe, like delivering newspapers?

Hey guys.
I sexually Identify as an Attack Helicopter. Ever since I was a boy I dreamed of soaring over the oilfields dropping hot sticky loads on disgusting foreigners. People say to me that a person being a helicopter is Impossible and I'm fucking retarded but I don't care, I'm beautiful. I'm having a plastic surgeon install rotary blades, 30 mm cannons and AMG-114 Hellfire missiles on my body. From now on I want you guys to call me "Apache" and respect my right to kill from above and kill needlessly. If you can't accept me you're a heliphobe and need to check your vehicle privilege. Thank you for being so understanding.
