Not bloody hard to dress as the opposite gender for a day, that's mostly all you'd need to do to at least feel most of the social backlash. I vaguely remember some kid being really insensitive to me last month, but luckily(?) I was so baked at the time I barely acknowledged he was there. If I'd have been sober I'd probably have said something indignant to him and his parents.
