Xenophobie (another loanword) would be xenophobia. Thing is, fremdenfeindlich is one of those words that has multiple possible translations. (It's sort of how language works.)

The point really is that these words have significant overlap and Olerand's insistence that they mean one thing and one thing only is simply not true.

Cachorro (dog) - paroxítona (accent use to unmark the last syllable)
Muriqui (spider monkey) - oxítona (accented, except if the word finishes in "u", "i", a nasal vowel, a diphthong with the semi-vowel at the end, or a consonant, all of which make the last syllable "heavier")
