I can't believe NSG doesn't have a thread on this. Someone attacked the Furry convention in the middle of the night with chlorine gas:

Nineteen hospitalized

So: who would be that upset at the furries? Bronies who think they're just too weird? Fundamentalist Christians who consider them perverts?

I put my bets that it is a disgrunted furry who got chucked out by security for some reasonable cause.

Its a bloody terrorist attack on innocents. It's a sad world when people can't even participate in their chosen hobbies without someone trying to do them harm. How can anyone condone this?

Oh god, I thought this was an International Incidents thread at first.
This is much worse. My people are under attack. I shall have to get my shotgun.

Seems outside the modus operandi of most groups that target furries (aka 4chan and Anonymous), who generally seem to be more in-it-for-the-lulz (I admit, furries are very easily trolled) rather than legitimately antagonistic. Probably either moral guardians who regard it as some sort of bestiality convention or a random nutjob. Or some idiot who took anti-furry statements way more seriously than they actually are.
