Animism, mythology, etc. and humanism was discussed as a concept even earlier than that, but secular humanism did not enter philosophy until 1851, and didn't see a revival and global movement until the 1960's.
It didn't enter as a fully separate term until 1851.
That does not mean it simply didn't exist.
