USA: Maybe a good President and government after two or more horrible ones in a row?
Pro: Choice, Socialism (Mostly Market/Mixed), Gay Marriage, Legal Cannabis + LSD, Evolution being taught in schools, Giving Immigrants a Chance
Neutral: Gun Control (I see it from a less extreme from both sides. More control, but don't make them illegal.)
Against: Forced Religion/Beliefs, Religion being taught in schools (the history of them is fine, but it should be highly moderated and all religions should have information about the good and bad things they've caused), Creationism/ID being taught in schools, Warmongering/Policing by the US

Insaeldor wrote:US: Republican presidency with the Democrats winning back some of the seats they lost in 2014 midterm evening out the balance of power in the House slightly.

So basicly
President: Republican
Senate: Republican
House: Republican

Soon enough though will see a shift back to the democrats although it depends, the don rats help onto confgress for 8 years so we might see 8 years of republican leadership but with the way american voters are you never know.

Here are the States that any halfway-competent Democratic candidate can expect to win in 2016, absent massive GOP voter suppression and other election shenanigans. Please explain to me how the GOP gets to 270 Electoral College votes.

As for the Senate: Explain to me how the GOP successfully defends Senate seats in a Presidential election year (with its higher and more Democratic-favouring turnout) in at least 4 (and possibly up to 6) States that the Democratic candidate will almost certainly win comfortably, those being Illinois, Iowa, New Hampshire, Wisconsin and possibly Ohio and Florida (depending on the overall political climate that year). The Republicans may retain control of the Senate, but it's by no means certain, even if they have a fairly good year.
Fuck it all. Let the world burn - there's no way roaches could do a worse job of being decent than we have.

Everyone over a certain age essentially is given a set amount of money each year, including those who work. The amount of money is equal regardless of how much you earn and how wealthy one is.

I always thought it simply brought everyone, regardless of employment status, UP TO a certain income level? For example, an unemployed person receives €20,000 while somebody who works and earns €10,000 would receive €10,000 more from the government.

NVM, looked it up and I see you are correct :)

Germany: For now, the road continues, so long as Merkel wants, she'll keep her job. I can see the center (SPD) continue to lose votes towards both sides (CDU/CSU on the right, the Left on the left), with the Greens losing some ground while people forget about Fukushima again and SPD/Green no longer being an option. On the right, the AfD takes the spot the FPD used to have, and may eventually come to support Merkel for a chance to hold some power.

Nothing new here, move along, wait for something to happen that might shake up the landscape.

Germany: Conservative-Social Democrat Grand coalition. And the next government period. And the next one after that.

Greece: Left-wing government.

It will probably remain a coalition between the Environmental Party and the Social Democrats. Might include the Left Party if the three get over 50% of the votes together.
