Key point: There are no more soviets. The USSR is not a thing, stop trying to make the USSR happen!

Exactly. Though I'd prefer it if they did a dance routine - they have the costume part down already. Just got to work on their moves a little.

assumes it's the Rebels doing all work. Also assumes that when a party calls itself communist it must actually be communist.Souriya Al-Assad wrote:Valaran wrote:

Novorossiya has already given the Euromaidan Nazis heavy losses in the few on-going battles. A lost ideal? I do not think so. Furthermore, the Communist Party of Donetsk & Lugansk, is Novorossiya's first moreover sole political party on the official level just yet, part of the Donetsk Republic movement, which is its parliamentary incarnation.

Novorossiya exists solely because it's being propped up by Russia, the moment that aid disappears so will Novorossiya. Also, is this the same Communist Party that wasn't allowed to participate in the elections? I remember UMN saying something about that.

If Novorossiya wins, its a different story now is it?
Yes, the RF can become the USSR again. The more NATO antagonises it & accuses it of committing transgressions within its own borders, whilst NATO also pours more backing for Nazis already documented for committing harrowing crimes against Novorossiya, the likelier Putin will just reproclaim the USSR to fight back.
To quote Putin himself,
