I'm just going to throw this out there that - I live within fifty miles of Ferguson - and honestly, I don't get why this is such a drama. It wouldn't be had the national media not gotten involved. They're having a ball now, though, since the riots are back on.

Evidence of what? We have audio evidence of the shooting, if you listen, DW shoots several times, then PAUSES for several seconds (presumably after MB stops) and he begins shooting again. We have physical evidence of a bullet hitting the back of his arm, and a bullet entering the top of his head. That's pretty damned good if I do say so.

Because he ran suddenly voids any crime that he did? Like strong arm robbery, assaulting a police officer?

That Brown ran was not really up for debate, the question was whether he turned back and charged at Wilson, and if Wilson shot him after that point.
