I agree with them that Islam is a totalitarian ideology whose full force we will see against us in the coming century, and that we need to arm ourselves not just militarily but culturally and politically in order to meet that challenge, but the behaviour of some of these people has been absolutely sub-standard. Wilders has been attacking people through the courts just as often as his opponents have been attacking him through the courts. He also refuses to debate some of his opponents, and while that's a logically sound thing to do (the people who keep inviting him for debates will certainly not give him any time to speak) it makes him seem like a coward.

- The people who are fanatical in supporting Zwarte Piet, a beloved children's character which is in the process of being destroyed for reasons of 'social justice'. While I think the opponents of Zwarte Piet are much, much worse in what they do (physically attacking people, shouting to little children that Sinterklaas and Zwarte Piet don't exist, disrupting children's festivals that are supposed to be fun, issuing death threats, being in contact with Caribbean governments looking for a reason to extort more 'reparations' from my country), some of the people who support Zwarte Piet have also gone too far in defending the character.

- Vladimir Putin. His way of reasoning, and trying to break the hegemony of big western businesses and idealistic western governments in the world with his own brand of Realpolitik, is sound. However, he's far too eager and impulsive, which effectively annuls the good parts of his foreign policy. He uses violence without a second thought, tries to rally developing countries not just against western leaders but against western populations, and is willing to sacrifice the wellbeing of everyone within his sphere of influence (Russians, Ukrainians, and even Malaysians and Dutch people) to further his own political goals, making him just as bad as our idealistic western leaders (and yes, I genuinely believe our leaders are really just naive and stupid, not evil).
