(What they do in private is not my business, but because they are making it public, it becomes my business. If they stopped talking about it, bullying and discrimination would vanish.)

Then there's goons like John Boehner and Mitch McConnel. They are spineless, weak-kneed cowards with no drive and no passion to their Party or to the agenda they represent. They frustrate the daylights out of me because of their perpetual do-nothing attitude and sheer idiocy in passing up all oppurtunities to fight the opposition. I despise Nancy Pelosi, but I truly admire her commitment to waht she believes in. She had the balls to stand up and do something, and while what she did was detrimental to the country, by gosh, she stuck by it. Nancy Pelosi is many things, but at least she's not a coward like Boehner.

When you oppose the demon seed of Ishmael, you really have a probably with genocidal maniacs and criminals joining you. As a city-boy, I agree. Mao tried to bring them together, with the great leap forward and all, but it just won't work like that.
Any mixing of the rural folk and the village city people should be done gradually, with city people help gather during harvest time and maintain their own food source, like an apple tree in the backyard, and farmers have increased urbanisation and have both groups come regularly IH contact with eachother, ideally on a daily basis.

I'm anti-imperialism, but pro-interventionist. I'm against the US moving back into further consolidate its position in the Middle East and compound the existing nightmare, but I support the thousands of volunteers joining and providing aid towards progressive Kurdish and minority organisations. Most radical leftists think this way.

Then out of nowhere he starts going into how Hitler was a gay prostitute on the streets of Vienna at the age of fifteen. Oh, and then he went on a rant about how Russian annexation of Donetsk and Crimea was a moral obligation and that Obama was a "new Hitler" for condemning Russian involvement there.

I don't think I've ever questioned my party affiliation, personal beliefs, and... sh!t, maybe even my sexuality moreso than during my drive home from that lunch.
