FDR is a favorite of mine, but it's undeniable that he alienated an enormous number of people, and caused massive mistrust in the office in his early years...and he got re-elected more than any President in history (or the future, barring Constitutional amendment jiggery-pokery).

I disagree with the ludicrous taxes implemented by the Obama administration, it's head-in-hands approach to foreign policy, it's regulations on the economy. Among other things, but those are the biggies.

So a three percent excise tax on medical devices is ludicrous? Perhaps you're referring to increasing taxes on five percent of the population's income, while the other ninety five saw a reduction?

The foreign policy of the man who rains down hellfire missiles is ostrich like, indeed.

I'm not saying he's great, the point is, ranking him as second or even third ignores the fact he's still in office and the terrible, incompetent predecessors.
