Well shit, looks like the Ark was true, it wasn't a boat though, and there wasn't any Noah, that asshat took all the credit of a woman.

Figures, the Bible is misogynistic at times.

Not necessarily, it just forgets to credit Yahweh's consort Asherah.

Ooh, this is interesting.

After receiving a complaint, the city has removed a piece of playground equipment at Handloff Park that depicted the story of Noah’s Ark.

Depicted. Depicted. If they just had an ark shaped piece it would be okay. And this coming from some one who has Noah's Ark depicted on their baby blanket

It's not atheist, plus, the CC is bigger and gives more healthcare.

Ooh, this is interesting.

Asherah was the last to go before Yahwism got mauled over by the Babylonians, and evolved into Judaism while in exile.

However, the Jews in Elaphantine (Egypt ironically) built a Temple in honor of Yahweh, and Asherah. They stayed in business until an order of Egyptian priests paid Persian mercenaries to destroy the Temple because the sacrifice of Rams horrified them.

Of course it's not, because no atheist charitable organization would insist on adherence to atheism. Because atheism, get this, isn't like religion. Which is why there are secular charities.

Hmm... Public land... Polite Request... Diligent response from the city council... Well, I don't really see anything wrong here. Perhaps a little bit pedantic, but the city was willing to accommodate them. Surely they saw the sound reasoning.

First, define an atheist organization. Second, that's nice, you are moving the goal posts. Third, considering the number of people who are part of the CC it is hardly surprising that they are able to spend more; that's like being shocked a millionaire can spend more then a poor person on elections. Oh also, look up atheist charities, there you go.

let me google that for you

The largest organized religion on the planet does more charitable work than a significantly smaller group of people who have no overarching organization and need not have anything in common with eachother beyond lack of belief in a deity? YOU DON'T SAY!

This is a bit like demanding to name a useful atoothfairyist group that's helped people in need, and therefore proclaiming that people who don't believe in the Tooth Fairy are selfish and wrong.

I like the idea of "laïcité". The state is entirely secular, and expressions of religion are always done by private sector institutions and individuals. True separation of church and state.

This is why radical atheists must be banned from income.
Atheists that want to press their opinions on others have no right to do that.
Nor do religious people have that right to do so.
Pro: tolerance, individualism, technocratism, democratism, freedom, freedom of speech and moderate religious expression, the ban on hate speech, constitutional monarchism, the Rhine model
Against: intolerance, radicalism, strong discrimination, populism, fascism, nazism, communism, totalitarianism, authoritarianism, absolutarianism, fundamentalism, strong religious expression, strong nationalism, police states

They pressed their opinions; they wanted that the religious monumente be removed, while others didn't want that. Was it the majority that decided?

Did the majority decide on the ark when it was built? This is a minor issue which the city saw fit to fix without bothering to have a kerfuffle about it. There is no reason a public playground should be religiously themed.
