Yeah, nobody's really sure, (they haven't been able to find the body) but this is the first time I've heard castration as the cause of death.

I Read from a book that he died several months (or years) after conquering china on his bed during a campaign.
It was a 6th grade book so its probable that they made up this death, for obvious reasons.
