People's precious internet feelings are being hurt.

I shed a tear :(

So.... you're new to the internet, yes?

I think a sarcasm font is what a priest might use when a family he doesn't like brings a child in for a christening.

Oh, yes. Your child is now totally a member of our church, and so completely not going to hell. Piss? No, this is a special extra holy water we worked on just for this occasion.

Considering how hard it sometimes is to tell intent over the Internet (for example, I could come across someone calling Jocabia a douchebag and report it in Moderation without realising that Jocabia and said poster have a history of "insulting" each other in that way and they do so endearingly), having a sarcasm font might be a good idea around here.

The other board I'm on also refers to words that look like they should be sarcastic as "missing [sarcasm] font." They use the colour blue to signify sarcasm. I propose we do the same in NSG.

Having to point out sarcasm kills sarcasm. Let's not dumb things down even more than we already have, hmmm?
