December 21/2012 Dooms Day?

So what do you think? Is December 21/2012 Armageddon or just some date. As a Christian I say no it isn't. What I do believe though is that so many people will believe that it is the end and will destroy themselves over a date. The proof of Armageddon is not 100%. There is no exact proof that Armageddon will be in 2012. There however is the fear factor. And many people will become so obsessed with 2012 that they end of dying due to the became so extreme about it. The chances of law and order on 12/21/2012 are slim.

So your view on 2012? Mine as you have seen, I say it isn't the Apocalypse.

I'll buy your house on Dec 14, 2012, for 100 € per square meter, check or payment order to your chosen bank. If you're right, you will have completed your preparations for the Doomsday (praying, bunker, Noah's Ark 2.0, whatever), so you'll get a nice sum of money to waste in a week in exchange for something that's doomed anyway.

Meh, whatever. I can't bring myself to care honestly, not to mention, I doubt that the world will end on that day to begin with. There have been hundreds of estimations as to when it will end, so in essence, until the world starts blowin' apart, I'm going to cop is up as a 'Get over it, it's not likely to happen.'

Definitely the end of the world. At least that's sort of what I'm gambling on. My dietary parameters are not conducive to prolonged life, so I'd hope the world would end before the ramifications caught up with me.

On a more serious note -- I think 12/21/12 has just as much of a chance of being the end of the world as any other day of the year at this point. But I don't think evidence left by ancient cultures is necessarily a good indicator of the truthfulness of this.
