Like I said, I'd prefer, its not a requirement for me.

I know some strong willed women at my work who probably wouldn't enjoy being not in charge, but that's just me bro.

People always end up respecting me, women too. It's natural for women to want to be in charge over boys, that's the motherhood instinct kicking in but I'm always going to have the advantage because the sky isn't the limit for me. My ideal partner would have to encourage me, not compete with me.
