Coke contains a lot of sugar. I guess it depends how much you drink. That could be a lot of empty calories you're cutting out. Just be sure it's mostly body fat you're losing. 2lbs per week is sort of the upper limit you want to lose, but optimum is 1.5.

Go for the Katch-McCardle formula if you're able to find out your body fat percentage, as it's more accurate. Our local Boots here has a machine that calculates it. Usually want to aim for 10-20% under your daily calorie needs for weight loss, depending on your goals.

It was anectode and a propably a 1 in a million case, but apparently there was a story about Finnish skinhead group leader, who got "slightly" (at least) better after meeting on a local gas station an immigrant black rapper, whom was idol of the skinhead's daughter. Apparently they became like buddies or something after/during the guy called his daughter to the gas station to get the autograph.

I don't really have a goal. Like I say, it just started happening. But thanks for the advice for the future.

I usually just let them beat me down. No sense in losing a customer because I corrected them.

I hate customer service in all shapes and forms. It's a job I'd never do because, 1) I suffer from social anxiety and, 2) some customers can be incredibly rude.

I want to get down to around 90kg, ideally. I'd still retain my strength but my pace might come back on a consistent basis. That's all my fitness goals are for, really, is playing football.
