That doesn't work at all. There are women and sentient hemorrhagic fevers that don't use the term "real man." Are we men now?

IIRC, Dya actually left the army some number of years ago.

This doesn't stop the personnel costs of the military being an enormous economic drain in a country.

Welfare recipients probably make greater overall contribution to the US economy from spending their government welfare than military personnel do spending their government pay.

Yeah, I intended to quote this comment, which was below Dya's but I accidentally clicked on Dya's instead:

For the purposes of this discussion, yes. The point being, I'm a veteran and thus can speak with some authority (albeit a bit outdated at this point, having been out for over 20 years now) as to the level of anti-gay sentiment in the US military.

Yeah, as long is there is an alternative option for said "nigger" that is equal or better. If there is not, I believe that business itself should be turned over to a public department.

And what of the freedom to practice heir religion? It's no different then someone trying to force you to believe in a god you don't believe in in my opinion, just the reverse.
A lie doesn't become truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good just because it's accepted by a majority.

Why does their freedom of religion trump everybody else's rights?

it doesn't. So one or two ministers won't perform the ceremony. Find one that will and let the other two abstain if that is their choice.

They are free to practice their religion.

They are not free to refuse to provide an accommodation to people that they provide to others as part of a business. If they wish to be granted a religious exemption, then they should incorporate as a church.

No, that's punishing an illegal action with a prescribed sentence. I don't give a shit how ignorant people are if they follow the law.

They can't practice their Religion in their place of worship?

The ministers shouldn't have set up a public business.

No, all for profit businesses are subject to anti-discrimination laws. All business owners agree to it when they set up their business.

The problem is the chapel is a private, for profit corp. Not a church. If it were a church, there wouldn't be an issue, there is a religious exemption.

still seems like the government is picking and choosing whose rights they value more.

There is no inherent right to discriminate based upon sexual orientation. As I have already stated countless times in this thread, if they want a religious exemption, then they need to incorporate as a church rather than a quickie wedding chapel.
