Alrighty, how's Toowoomba faring these days? I went through about a month ago and it was looking nice.

Will do. Apparently it'll be category 4 when it hits the coast around 4am tomorrow morning. The only thing that'd make it even more dangerous is if it hits the sea again after it hits land and heads south more; then we might even have a 2011 floods 2.0.

Well we had rain this afternoon which was kind of welcome walking into the city from school because I was running to get my bus (I ran about 1km up and down the Hills of Spring Hill from Water along Edward to Ann Street) because we had QCS practice and we ended up about 5 minutes out after everyone else. So yeah, fun.

Wait, are you Grade 10 or 11 this year? Some schools start practice in year 11. I'm in year 12 this year, so I have actual QCS this year as well as practice. We've done one practice and it's week 4 of term 1- That's Terrace(My school) for you.

I went to a public school and we had an entire line (4 x 45 minute sessions a week) devoted to QCS from year 11.

I see, how many OP1s did your school get last year?Saint Jade IV wrote:

Geez. That's intense. I can barely cope with a workshop of 1hr 30 a week let alone that. We only started this year, but I guess it's because they must assume we don't need to spend the time doing it.

We had a bad year and we got 19; we usually get in the high 20's. The Year before we got 38. We are better than the guys with the 38 if that's any indication. The Eastern Antarctic State wrote:Was it 'that' grade?
