This is an unsubstantiated rumor made by a South Korean tabloid. Why does the western media treat every B.S. story made about North Korea as fact? I highly doubt Kim Jong-Un's inner circle are giving state secrets to crappy newspapers. All we know is that he is not feeling well, nothing more.

You probably have an average westerner's stature and a westerner's nutrient-rich diet at an early age.
Though Kimmy has clearly been fed well, I doubt he's been well fed through his life. I would not be at all surprised if he shares some nutritional deficiencies with his subjects, and weakened bones as a result.
