I have no reason to believe the claims made by people on youtube. For those that are telling the truth (in that they believe they saw something) there is most likely a rational reason why they saw what they did (including the fact that they were mistaken).

Definitionally, what you did write was an argument. It was just a very poor argument. You proposed a claim, but backed it with fallacious, axiomatic logic and no credible sources. You're certainly welcome to your opinion, but the tone of your suggestion and the extent of your (rather ineffective) 'evidence' was sufficient to warrant due opposition.

You would be wise to cite specific examples to support your stance, or you leave it to us to stumble around until we find exactly what you believe we should be looking for. Youtube contains a myriad of arguments based on dubious evidence, hasty generalization, and an overall lack of credibility. Suggesting the use of Youtube to alleviate our disbelief is, I'm afraid, not going to work in your favour, unless you provide explicit examples with which we may formally address the topic at hand.

That was one of the more disturbing statements in this thread. It's essentially expressing their desire for people to NOT think critically.

Are you arguing against tolerance and freedom of religion? If you don't like the word "respect", then maybe replace it with "accept" or "not have unnecessarily hostile feelings against it". People are different and have different opinions. I try to respect them, even if their opinions are very different from mine, as long as they're harmless as any other opinion.

Let's start with capitalization. You use a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence (see the big Y at the beginning of this one). In addition the word I is always capitalized, as are proper names (America for instance). Seriously, it doesn't need to be perfect, but it does need to be intelligible.

There is a difference between respecting someone's right to hold an irrational and unsubstantiated belief and respecting said belief. Learn what that difference is and then you'll have an answer to your question.

Right, in the same sense that we can't prove that fairies and unicorns don't exist.

Not in the exact same sense, since fairies and unicorns were supposed to live on Earth. It's more likely that God/ a god might exist, since they aren't supposed to be on Earth, but somewhere in the universe or beyond. So there are more possibilities for such a divine being to exist and less arguments against it than for an Earth-roaming mythical creature, although admittedly both can't be proven or disproven.
