I read somewhere the Ukrainian law prohibits dual citizenship but not triple citizenship.
As for triple citizenship in general, most countries accept multiple citizenship so it's just a matter of either living in a few countries for many years or being born in a particularly diverse family.

Supporting the independence of a region but not another it's not a contadiction, each case is different. Although, I think Kosovo has more reasons to be independent than Scotland.

Given the circumstances in which each one of them would have gained independence, they are very different cases and one can support one without supporting the other without being contradictory. .
