S&W autos aren't bad, I actually really like the anchor series.

M&Ps are a solid Glock alternative too.

Revolvers are nice, but are a bitch to reload, imo.

Plus I was on a budget and needed a handgun that shot 9mm PB.

A polymer Luger with tritium sights and a double-stack magazine (still with that little screw on the bottom).

Why is that suddenly so sexy?

Need to, having 1 box of 20 different ammo can be more expensive than buying 20 boxes of 1 ammo.

Edit: Plus, I prefer to try and stick close to NATO standards on ammo (excluding the .308 Winchester)

I've got a lot of weird calibers, but I just divide things into "functional" and "collector" calibers.

"Functional" are 5.56 NATO, 7.62 NATO, 9X19, .40 S&W, .44 Mag, and 7mm Rem. Mag.

Got any 7.62 Tokarev, 9x18 Makarov, or 7.65 Parabellum?

Are those even considered functional?

No, just that 5.56 and 9mm PB are cheap ammo. At least as far as I found. The only real expensive ammo would be the 8mm Mauser. And the 7.62x39 can be cheap, but I have no need for it despite owning a Yugo SKS (that I plan on selling in the near future).

I am guessing 8mm mauser would be more "collector" in your book. I would more use it as Functional.

I have Tok and Mak ammo, and guns which chamber them, but they're collector's stuff, not anything I have a "functional" use for. I don't CC either, or use either for home defense, competition, or hunting.
