No Obama leaving Iraq without a garrison in place gave ISIS the country.

Ah yes Governor Bush, has to be the first time within recent history the Supreme Court decided to flip a coin (in recent memory) because of how controversial that election was.

Indeed. As I said before: Obama retreating the American troops in such instable times made the whole region instable. American interventionism in Libya failed miserably because Obama decided not to stay in Libya for a short period of recuperation of the country, but instead bombed the shit out of the country and left. Contributing to even more instability in the Arab world.
