I was able to get back on my feet after three days of bed rest.

She's still in trade school, doesn't have confirmed job, they don't live together, her own mother hasn't much disposable income to support her, her boyfriend's family lives other side of the Finland, etc.

Not optimal, but not catastrophe - at least that's how it sounds to me. Those seem like surmountable hurdles, no?
