I feel there is a huge misconception that Transgender women aren't real women or aren't beautiful. Here is a picture of a transgender girl, I bet you can't even tell she is transgender:

I think there would be less transphobia if people were educated on it and knew that gender dysphoria won't harm them.

Why does it matter that much? A girl is a girl. I think it would be more obvious if someone was FtM (based on genitalia), but MtF's look pretty much the same.
