And that totally pisses me off because they blame the gays for AIDS and it's not necessarily our fault whatsoever. We're the scapegoat. Because straight men and women who have frequent risky sex are just as likely to get AIDS as a gay man or woman and it's just complete BS that they do that.

Homosexual just means attracted to the same sex. So, if someone was genderqueer and homosexual, they would only be attracted to genderqueer people. If someone was genderqueer, but attracted to males or females, they would be androsexual or gynosexual respectively. Or, at least that's what I understood from the post.
