Alright, so let's say nothing ought to be like any pre conceived notion or ideal, and that a sense of justice shouldn't be used simply because in truth how things work out is rather erratic, in that case why should we bother to argue the subject? There clearly is no reason for order and we are just slaves forced to carry the burden of the decisions of a tyranny by majority and because we don't abide by the decisions not determined in any way by something with our beliefs influence we should lose our jobs and gain an unfair association. So if that is the case then throw out any notion of argument or speaking out, because clearly the representatives of the peoples opinion can't be beat because they represent the opinion of the majority.

2) And you don't seem to understand the concept of collective consciousness. I'm not arguing based on my own beliefs because those are irrelevant. What matters--in this context--is what society at-large deems as offensive. The vast majority of Americans (and I'm using Americans because this incident took place in the US) find the Swastika (or at least the Swastika as the Nazis drew it) to be incredibly offensive. Whereas, most wouldn't recognize the Rising Sun Flag as such because they simply wouldn't recognize the flag's meaning. The fact that you don't agree with it doesn't make it less true.
