There is no war on white people but certainly there is this fanatic attention on minorities which is sometimes comic. I am ok with it as long the Westernes starts to impose it on other countries (like this white guilt complex which is tried to be spread in Eastern Europe).

Well, to be fair, it depends upon how you define racism.
If the following is the definition of racism that you use, then it isn't true.
"prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior."
On the other hand, if you use this next definition (and you're referring to a place like the US), then it is accurate.
"a highly organized system of 'race'-based group privilege that operates at every level of society and is held together by a sophisticated ideology of color/'race' supremacy."

So.. Are you trying to justify the phrase; "Only white people are racist" ..?

The latter is the sociological definition of racism while the former is the common use definition.

As someone who is a white Latino I don't expect you to apologize because you're born white and American, but to acknowledge the fact we're not criminal immigrants trying to steal your jobs, salt your foods, and steal your women and take them back to Mexico or any other Latin American country, and to respect the fact we come from two different walks of life and that, while I cannot understand what it is to be a white male and as such I have to see and make an informed opinion about white culture and its own issues I don't expect you to understand what it is like to be a Latino and to take our issues as Latinos seriously and have informed opinions and not just go "damn immigrants complaining".

White people here in America, at least from what I understand, is only used to refer to Americans.

I'm a white Latino. I'm a white man, but I'm still Latino.

Also, most of Latin America was populated by "white" Spaniards to begin with and we had that whole "one drop rule" and what not in colonial times; although we sorta became obsessed with eugenics and we had minorities encouraged to marry whiter people for their kids to be able to advance socially - this is where the whole "Latinos like white women" stereotype comes from; well, that and the perception in the media we're this sort of mystically smooth lover with a silver tongue; which I wish I was, but I am not.
